Listed below are all the analyses, studies and research carried out in order to identify the potential environmental impacts of the construction and operation of the Outer Port as widely and precisely as possible.

Natural compensation and potentially negative impacts of the project are taken into account. To this end, comprehensive environmental studies and analyses have been commissioned for the Outer Port of the Port of Gdynia.

 

 

To date, the following environmental studies have been produced as part of the project's preparatory phase:

  1. nature inventory of the land areas covered by the investment and some complementary investments,
  2. nature inventory of the water area covered by the investment and the complementary investment, i.e. construction of breakwaters in the Port of Gdynia,
  3. analysis of the occurrence of risks from spills and other adverse events during the implementation and operation phases of the project,
  4. analysis of the impact of the investment on debris flows,
  5. development of an environmental report for the project.

In addition, these are currently underway:

  1. monitoring for the occurrence of marine mammals in the project area
